help sb with sth和help sb to do sth的用法區別為：指代不同、用法不同、側重點不同。
一、指代不同
1、help sb with sth：幫助（某人）（一起做）某事。
2、help sb to do sth：幫某人去做某事。
二、用法不同
1、help sb with sth：help既可用作不及物動詞，也可用作及物動詞。用作及物動詞時，可接名詞、代詞或動詞不定式作賓語，也可接以動詞不定式充當補足語的複合賓語。
接動詞不定式作賓語或賓語補足語時，to常可省略，但用於被動結構時，to則不能省。help用作不及物動詞時常表示「有用」「有幫助」。
2、help sb to do sth：help作「幫助，援助」解是不可數名詞，作其他意思解均為可數名詞。表示「助手，幫忙的人或物」時多用於單數形式，其後常接由介詞to引導的短語作後置定語，作「傭人」解表示總稱時用於單數形式，但謂語動詞要用複數形式。
表示一個傭人時，謂語動詞要用單數形式，多用於美式英語。
